The Landing-Remarkables Park
Completed in April 2015, this addition to the north end of Remarkables Park Town Centre required the full services for commercial construction since the project extended from road infrastructure to interior fit outs.
Organico
Beginning in August 2014, the project schedule followed a tight timeframe and staged completion. Rilean managed to finish ahead of deadlines, including having the first retailer, Repco, fitted and trading prior to Christmas.
Snapfitness Gym
This project offered several challenges, including the need for strong, clear communication as fifteen tenancies were involved. Rilean completed eighty percent of the interior fitouts, from restaurant to gym, bakery to warehouse retail space. The staged completion required maintaining accessibility and safety as well as reducing noise interference for the first occupants.
The Artisan Bakery
Another interesting challenge was the proximity of Queenstown Airport, imposing height restrictions on crane-work and requiring notified works.
