Trevor Meikle – Director and Branch Manager
Trevor’s extensive experience spans more than thirty years in the industry through the South Island and Australia.
In 1998, Trevor started working for Rilean Construction in Queenstown where he quickly progressed from foreman to senior project manager. In 2011, he became a shareholder and opened offices in Chirstchurch.
Trevor has a wealth of experience in project management where he manages every step of the project -- from initial plans to the final build. His expertise in financial planning, programming and communication ensures each project meets client expectations.
He recently built an eco-home for his family in Westmorland Heights that integrated the latest materials and technology, which resulted in a NZGBC Homestar 8 rating. Trevor applies his vast expertise in assessing industry developments to keep the company on the forefront of modern construction techniques.
Andrew (Andy) Hogan – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Andy qualified in 2003 with a BSC Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland.
Andy has over seven years of experience in large scale residential housing while he was working in Ireland.
Since coming to New Zealand in 2012, Andy has worked in residential repairs and high end housing. He also has an interest in renewable energy and has a certificate in Renewable Energy which he also gained while in Ireland.
He joined the Rilean team in March 2016 and enjoys the challenges involved with architectural homes.
Jennifer McGregor, Office Administrator
Jennifer starting working in the Christchurch building industry in January 2013, and was involved with new builds, housing and commercial repairs.
Jennifer joined the Rilean team in March 2014 and is the glue that binds the team together. Her all-round administration skills have been honed both overseas and in NZ. She prides herself on delivering the best she can and putting others first.
Sarah Rossiter, Quantity Surveyor Administrator
Sarah has worked in the building industry for the past five years, being involved with new builds, housing and commercial repairs. She joined the Rilean team in April 2017 and is excited to be involved with high-end housing and energy-efficient homes.
