We are proud of the work we accomplished in helping the homeowners of these two 67m2 units from negotiating with insurance to living in bright, newly furnished homes at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.
To depict the extent of the damage suffered in the quake, the land on both sides of these homes has been red-zoned. The silver lining for the homeowners of these re-built units is that their fresh, modern homes now overlook open vistas.
Keeping to the schedule and budget for each unit was paramount to ensure that a smooth, happy outcome was guaranteed for these people who have undergone enough challenges. We’ve ended up with two very happy clients and a feeling of satisfaction on both sides as we brought this project to such a successful completion.
