These eight units reflect each individual owner’s style and are cleverly designed, maximizing the 90m2 of space per apartment. Completed two months ahead schedule, the owners were delighted. Situated in a popular Merivale, the location warranted rebuilding, which was managed through insurance. It was paramount that the process run smoothly, and this project exceeded expectations, including the completed results. Excellent workmanship added to attention to design and detail, such as glass balustrades, blend visual appeal and functionality, resulting in beautiful, enjoyable units with great light and flow.
