Following on from the success of The Shore, Wensley Developments appointed Rilean Construction main contractor for their next project, The Club.

With just 41 apartments this  five-star luxury boutique development is Wensley’s most exclusive to date.

Construction is generally precast and insitu concrete, and the site preparation involves extensive excavation and rock pinning. Site access and a steep sloping site provide the most challenging aspects of this exciting project.
