The owner loved the position and aspect of this well constructed but dated home and when purchasing approached Rilean to see how the home could be modernized to suit his busy and social lifestyle.

The decision was made to purchase and to commence modernization immediately upon settlement and prior to the owner moving in. So new exterior weatherboards, new double glazed argon gas filled windows and doors, opening up of the living areas, new internal linings, painting, new floor coverings, new bathroom and new Kitchen are hurriedly being worked on so as to enable this excited owner to move in.
