Rilean Construction was delighted when awarded the contract to construct this exciting Apartment complex at 22 Hallestein Street in Queenstown. Comprising of ten Garden and Courtyard Apartments, four Penthouse Apartments, and three Studio Apartments, this complex is both visually appealing and functional and is in handy walking distance to town. Architect, Maurice Orr, has successfully positioned the buildings to optimize views, given the complex great Architectural form and shape, and mixed prefinished Colorsteel cladding with feature timber to give low or minimal upkeep to this stunning building. Quality materials, fixtures and fittings, including lifts to service the Penthouse Apartments, resulted in many of the Apartments being sold off the plans before construction commenced.
