Rilean Construction has a philosophy which differs considerably with the modern building norm. The Queenstown base is home to a team of trades and craftsmen from all walks of construction while a hand-picked and proven core of specialist sub-contractors provide the finishing touches to each project.

The logic is simple. Retaining all the necessary skills within the organisation together with good management means the skills the company needs can be exactly WHERE they’re needed, WHEN they’re needed, FOR AS LONG as they’re needed.

There’s no outside influences and no suffering from other people’s delays and excuses. When Rilean needs it done, it gets done, as easy as that; And of course the ultimate benefit comes in the cost. Having everybody you need when you need them means no down time and no waiting time. So everything gets done with maximum efficiency. Gary’s in daily contact with our site managers to ensure each project is running as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Regular management team meetings also mean any problems can be discussed and acted on with authority at a moment’s notice.
