For the majority of our commercial and residential clients we work through a tender process before working closely with our client and their chosen architect to make sure the project runs as efficiently as possible.
With Evolution, our division specializing in building energy-efficient homes, we manage all stages of the construction process in-house with no outside influences, from initial ‘draw-up’ plans to handing over the keys.
To ensure the best possible outcome for our Evolution clients, we also manage costings, scheduling and design, architects, tradesmen and consultants, and commit to clear and frequent channels of communication throughout.

Safety is our number one priority on every site. We comply and keep up-to-date with all relevant Health and Safety legislation, Codes of Practice, related Standards and identified Safe Work Practices. All our Health and Safety Management Systems are focused on making continuous improvements to our Health & Safety performance, and our independent assessments validate this endeavour.
Rilean’s committed to ongoing Health and Safety training, as a current and long-time member of Site Safe NZ Ltd - all our staff hold a valid Site Safe passport. All foremen have also completed a two-day intensive Supervisor course. We require and expect all our subcontractors to be Site Safe accredited (or equivalent), and this is closely monitored.
Rilean chooses to be part of the ACC’s Work Safety Management Practices programme (based on the Australian/New Zealand Standard for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems AS/NZS 4801). Rilean has been audited at tertiary status, the highest accreditation possible.

Our Quantity Surveyors will handle all of the financial administration for the project, from tendering, value engineering, variations and adjustments, through to processing the final account. They are available to work alongside your own team, as required, to achieve the best financial outcomes for you, the client, from concept to completion.
