The Shore

This major project for Rilean is part of the very successful Wensley Developments apartment stable.

A technically challenging project, The Shore has a total of 84 two, three and four-bedroom, five-star luxury apartments. Construction is generally pre-cast concrete and the site slopes steeply down to Lake Wakatipu.
