Garland Terrace

Rilean Director, Gary Dent, has worked closely with the clients and architect on this project to ensure that the finished dwelling will complement a truly spectacular site.

Large terraces and expansive windows take advantage of un-interrupted views down the lake to Kingston and west towards Glenorchy, While large boulder retaining walls and local schist stone cladding serve to locate the building in sympathy with its surroundings. Construction proceeded in line with the programme and the dwelling was completed in December 2009.
