Cypress Court

No. 8 Cypress Court, in Kelvin Heights has been designed by Wellington Architect Steve Grant for himself and his family. As a result, quality workmanship and attention to detail are of the utmost importance.

This home will be two stories and consist of two bedrooms and a small lounge downstairs, along with laundry, ablutions, and double garage, while upstairs will have a spacious kitchen, living area, and lounge and a large master bedroom and ensuite.

Several large, paved, courtyard areas outside will complete this highly detailed, and complex family home.

The Construction makes good use of engineered timber, with laminated frames, LVL floor joists and rafters, in conjunction with Steel portals to provide large open spaces upstairs, without compromising strength. Cladding is a combination of Fibre cement weatherboard, and Fibre cement sheet cladding, contrasted with some feature areas  of stonework.

Internal Finishes include large areas of solid timber flooring, solid timber stairs, and combined Fireplace and Hardwood screen wall, all with intricate, architectural details that will showcase the skills of our carpenters.
