An eight-apartment, four-storey complex overlooking the Lake Wakatipu’s Frankton Arm and Kelvin Heights Golf Course.

Maximising the site for eight apartments meant challenges with excavation, boundary-retaining walls and site storage.

Our second negotiated build for this successful designer/developer.
The temporary site retention system required some “outside the Square” solution solving.
