This Archimedia-designed 11-unit complex sits high against Ben Lomond overlooking Lake Wakatipu. 

 A negotiated lump-sum contract with overseas clients, it was staged to enable completion of earthworks and site retention while undergoing final pricing and negotiations for stage two of the works.

 The shell is constructed mainly of precast panels and flatslab suspended flooring with corrugate roof. Inspired design and high level fit-out really make these units stand out.
